Phase 1 objective: To develop integrated, green and fair models to improve domestic waste and plastic management, in five Vietnamese cities. Phase 2 objective: To deploy and to pilot a range of interventions (supports for IWWs, waste management model in fishery sector, and a Material Recovery Facility), then refine and scale-up these models
