Brief Innovation
The project addresses gaps in the existing municipal solid waste management system in Ha Long City, mainly the inefficient management of collected waste and the large amount of uncollected waste going into the ocean. The project tests an approach for public-private partnerships on efficient onshore and offshore waste collection, sorting and treatment.
